This Privacy Policy describes the information, including personally identifiable information, Long Bay collects when you sign up for, use, access or otherwise interact with Long Bay digital services or websites (collectively, “Services”).

This policy applies to you and all visitors to our websites as well as all customers or users (“Customers”) of our provided Services, unless specified otherwise herein. It applies to all information we collect through our Services.

Information Provided and Uses 

We collect information that you provide, for example, in making a reservation or transacting with Long Bay or our partners. This information may include: your name, email address, billing and shipping information, phone number, birth date, and personal preferences related to our Services.

Long Bay may collect financial information from you, including payment card numbers and expiration dates; and other historical, contact, and demographic information relevant to responding to your inquiries, providing services to you and/or in the course of a transaction. This information is used for billing purposes, to verify that the customer is of legal age, and to fill Customers’ orders;

We may use your information to establish and activate your account, to provide assistance or support with respect to your use of our Services, to troubleshoot problems and to resolve disputes that may arise.

Long Bay’s Services are not directed toward individuals under twenty-one years of age (“Minors”), nor do we knowingly collect information from Minors.

Preferences & Contact 

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.
